The project involved providing comprehensive contracting services for the new 10 Fitness facility, including site preparation, structural improvements, and interior build-out tailored to the gym’s operational needs. Work focused on creating durable, high-traffic workout areas, installing specialty flooring, upgrading electrical systems for fitness equipment, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure all mechanical, plumbing, and safety requirements meet commercial standards. Our goal was to deliver a functional, efficient, and modern fitness environment that aligns with 10 Fitness branding and provide members with a clean, safe, and welcoming space.
